Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the online service PinnyBinny (hereinafter the “Service”).

(hereinafter the “Operator”)

By using the Service, registering, or creating a board, a contractual relationship for the provision of digital services is established between the Operator and the User. The User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

User – a natural or legal person who uses the Service and creates boards.
Contributor – a person who posts content via a board without registration.
Board – a digital space created by the User for collecting and displaying content.
Content – all data submitted by the User or Contributors.

3. Description and Use of the Service

creating and managing boards,
collecting posts without requiring Contributor registration,
protecting boards with a password,
User login via a one-time link (Magic Link).

The User is responsible for all Content posted by them and by Contributors to whom they have granted access to the Service and acts as the moderator of the Board.

The Operator does not actively monitor Content and is not responsible for Content posted by Contributors.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The User must not use the Service to post illegal, hateful, violent, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate Content, violate the rights of third parties, or misuse the Service for spamming or distributing malicious content.

The Operator reserves the right to remove such Content, restrict access to the Service, or suspend or terminate the User’s account, particularly in cases of serious violations or where minors are involved.

5. Plans and Payments

The Service may be provided in free and paid versions according to the current offer. Billing occurs monthly or annually according to the selected plan.

For digital services, the User agrees to the immediate commencement of performance after payment. Refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable mandatory law.

6. Copyright

The User retains all rights to the Content they post to the Service. The User grants the Operator a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and is not liable for outages, data loss, or damages caused by improper use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication on the Service’s website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
